At Hawkso, we care about your satisfaction. If your order didn’t meet expectations, we’re here to make it right. Please review the information below to understand our return and refund process.

 

Our Promise

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your Hawkso product isn’t what you expected, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it.

We accept returns on items that are:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Returned with all packaging, accessories, and tags intact
  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Items showing wear, damage, or missing components not caused by shipping or manufacturing issues aren’t eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple.
Email Support@hawkso.com with your:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return

Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label and easy step by step instructions.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval can’t be accepted or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of every Hawkso product.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@hawkso.com.
Include your order number and clear photos so we can assess and resolve it right away whether by replacement, credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, some items can’t be returned:

  • Perishable or consumable pet products (e.g., food or treats)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care and cleaning supplies
  • Gift cards and sale items
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or delivery refusal aren’t eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

Submit a return request for your original purchase.

Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.

Refund Timeline

When your return is received and approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Bank processing times vary. If 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact Support@hawkso.com for help.
