At Hawkso, we take pride in delivering your order quickly and carefully. Every package is handled with the same level of attention and quality that goes into our products. Please review the following details to understand how we process and ship your orders.
Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. - Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days within the continental United States.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout where applicable. Delivery times vary based on the selected method and destination.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery speed.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or high seasonal volume. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Coverage
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all valid U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses where carriers permit.
- International Shipping: At this time, Hawkso ships only within the United States. We are working toward expanding international delivery options soon.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time through the carrier’s website.
You can also log into your Hawkso account to view your order status anytime.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Hawkso is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Contact us at Support@hawkso.com within 3 business days of receiving (or expected delivery) of your order.
- Include your order number, photos (if damaged), and tracking details.
Our team will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
Shipping Delays
While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

- Holiday peak seasons
